Below is online registration. Please read carefully. There are two parts to online registration. Part 1 is your child's information.  Part 2 is the actual payment using PayPal or by check.

 Our Lady of Hope’s Athletic Association Registration Policy:

  • If a player is withdrawn from the program before being placed on a team, a full refund will be given.
  • If a player is withdrawn from the program after being placed on a team a refund will be at the consideration of the Athletic Board.
  • If a player is withdrawn from the program after attending evaluations and placed on a team, a refund will not be given.
  • Late fees are abandoned since no registrations will be accepted after the stated deadlines as set by the Athletic Director.
  • All hardships cases forwarded to the Athletic Director will be considered by the Athletic Board.
  • The Family rate - $175 (Per Fall/Spring Seasons): JV/Varsity Basketball (Grades 5-8) and JV/Varsity Cheerleading are not eligible for Family Rate.

Online Registration Part 1

There are TWO parts to the online registration. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU FILL OUT ALL INFO.

PART 1 is the participant’s info. You should fill one out for each child. Please complete part 1 to the best of your ability. After filling out the form you will be redirected to our online store. A credit card is required.

PART 2 is the PayPal online payment . Use the menu title PAYMENT.

NOTE: If you are ordering for two or more kids, you have to complete Registration Part 1 for each participant. The only difference, you don’t have to complete your checkout until Part 1 has been complete for each child. If cookies are enabled, each time you add an item to the basket, your browser will remember. If your total cost for a season for the immediate family exceeds $179, use the family rate after completing part 1 for all children.

Please be aware we have added $2 per sport signup to levy some of the costs for online registration. (For the family rate, $4 was added)

For online registration only, a $2 fee is added to each sport. If the Family rate is used, $4 is added to the amount.
