In conjunction with the AD and Assistant AD: 

  • Secure registrations from AD and divide the teams as evenly as possible
  • Assign coaches (after review by AD and administration)
  • All coaches report to Coordinator. Coordinator will forward any unresolved  issues to the Athletic Director
  • Forward finalized team rosters to the AD
  • Structure all practice schedules
  • Coordinate uniform distribution (if applicable)
  • Secure game dates and structure league games
  • Oversee game days on site
  • Coordinate for referees and game play procedures.
  • Ensure all aspects of the league are conducted in a Christian manner.
  • Has final say on any game day issues and state of play for weather related issues
  • Ensure facilities (soccer fields or basketball gyms) are opened and ready for play
  • Ensure facilities are cleaned, undamaged, and secured after every use
  • Liaison for any issues concerning coaches and/or parents
  • Update Athletic Director weekly on league play
  • Plan end of season party
